This is an elegant Armchair made from solid mahogany by the beginning of the 20th century nicely accented with acanthus and floral pattern from the arched seatback standing upon the serpentine shaped seat flanked by padded armrests to the pediment below consisting of a nicely scrolled apron supported by graceful cabriole legs. Note that the fabric is recent and estimated to be a few years old, it is in a slight used condition. Circa date 1910. Dimensions: 39 ½"high/14 ½"seat height/27"wide/ 20"deep. |
