This is a lovely and country Bookcase made from solid and nicely patinaed pine by the end of the 19th century, originally coming from Ardeche in the south of France, consisting of a flat molded cornice sitting upon a straight façade featuring a pair of glass doors revealing a spacious storage compartment with several shelves. Note that one of the glass panes is original from the period. Minor scratches and dents can be seen due to the age. Circa date 1880. Dimensions 77"high/ 37"wide/ 16"deep. |
