This is a very nice Prayer Chair made from a lovely walnut by the end of the 19th century centering an intricately sculpted cross flanked by fluted columns standing upon the kneeler supported by tapered turned legs. The fabric is estimated to be over 20 years old and in used condition, it would be necessary to replace it. Circa date 1880. Dimensions 34"high/ 9"seat height/ 20"wide/ 18"deep. |
