This is a tall and massive Cabinet made during the restoration period (Period between the fall of Napoleon I and the beginning of the reign of Louis Philippe) from solid natural pine. This handsome piece consisting of a lovely flat molded cornice sitting upon a straight façade featuring 4 paneled recessed doors revealing 2 tremendously efficient storage compartments separated in their center by a single and large drawer with wooden knobs. Several scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age. Circa date 1820. Dimensions 90"high/ 50"wide/ 24"deep. |
