An interesting and rare corner sideboard made from solid walnut by the end of the 19th century topped by its original Belgium Red inset marble upon a fluted façade consisting of a pair of fake drawers with handles, flanking the real central drawer mounted with its original lock and key, all supported by a pair of flat fluted columns connected to the straight back legs by a bottom shelf providing additional storage. The pediment consists of 3 lovely turned ball feet. Note several scratches and a few chips here and there due to the age. Circa date 1880. Dimensions 40"high/44"wide/21"deep. |
