A splendid and massive Bookcase, handcrafted from solid oak by the end of the 18th century and boasting a stunning patina, topped by a flat molded cornice sitting upon the large straight façade providing a pair of triple paneled glass doors revealing a very convenient display, storage area featuring a total of 4 large shelves. The glass panes mounted on the doors are not original and have been replaced at some point. The pediment consists of a flat bottom molded cornice supported by large ball feet. Hardware is in original condition except for the lock and key which are estimated to be from the end of the 19th century. Several minor scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age.
