Charming pair of armchairs made from solid oak at the beginning of the 20th century. Both are featuring their original floral upholstery, which needs to be replaced.

| Very comfortable, this pair offers a deep seat flanked by long armrests supported by turned columns. The pediment features a pair of turned front legs joined to the back legs by straight stretchers. Such low armchairs were commonly used as "Chauffeuse" due to their low seat, which were place in front of the fireplace. Circa date 1900. Dimensions 34"high/ 16"height/ 20"wide/ 21"deep. |
