This is a fantastic Buffet 2 Corps handcrafted from solid oak by the middle part of the 19th century during the reign of Napoleon III.

| This tall and majestic piece is boasting an intricate embellishment depicting the classical renaissance patterns with lion’s heads, medieval characters, chimera, fruit-filled urns, and other meticulously carved details from the upper section topped by a step-front cornice to the buffet below. Not only this breathtaking piece provides an impressive ornamentation, it also offers a tremendously large storage capacity with wide 2 compartments separated by a 3-drawer frieze. Hardware is in original condition. Note several scratches and dents here and there due to the age. Circa date 1870. Dimensions 100"high/ 87"wide/ 22"deep. |
