Here is a very pretty and nicely patinaed walnut Prayer Chair made at the end of the 19th century featuring a colorful upholstery which must be replaced and boasting an elegantly simple embellishment depicting a Cross surrounded by turned columns. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 34"high/ 9"seat height/ 18"wide/ 16"deep.
