This is an adorable make-up vanity made during the reign of Louis Philippe by the first half of the 19th century and boasting an exquisitely patinaed flame mahogany veneer. This elegantly simple antique features a folding top revealing an inset mirror upon the original white carerra marble offering several removable make-up powder compartments. Note the small drawer offering additional storage and mounted with its original lock and key. The pediment consists of lovely turned baluster legs connected to each other thanks to a bottom shelf, standing on the original brass wheels. Circa date 1830.
