A lovely 19th century missal published in French and approved by the Archbishop of Mende. The intricately embossed leather cover is trimmed by gilded dots and features a detailed cross surrounded by acanthus leaves. The edge of each page is gilded. Detailed engravings can be seen. This missal is in used condition. Circa date 1863. Dimensions 6 ˝"high/ 4 Ľ"wide.
