This is a lovely petite commode made from rosewood at the beginning of the 20th century. Originally from Paris, this exquisite piece is topped by its original Serravezza Breccia marble (Italy) sitting upon an adorable façade flanked by bronze ormolus and featuring a total of 3 drawers mounted with their original handles and escutcheons. Note the nicely turned legs on cast bronze sabots. Circa date 1900. Dimensions 32 ½"high/ 27"wide/ 15 ½"deep. |
