This is a pretty bed made from solid walnut by the end of the 19th century consisting of a nicely embellished headboard, mounted by a pierced carved acanthus shaped cartouche flanked by floral patterns, connected to the elegantly simple footboard by a pair of scrolled rails. Circa date 1890. Mattress Frame: 51 ¾"wide/ 75 ¾"long. |
