Pretty praying chair made from solid beech wood during the reign of King Louis Philippe by the first half of the 19th century centering a lovely cross flanked by exquisitely turned baluster columns. The cream colored needlepoint is not original and has been added at some point. Circa date 1830. Dimensions 36"high/ 10"seat height/ 18"wide/ 16"deep.
