A very charming set of 6 dining chairs made from solid oak by the end of the 19th century. This set is original from Brittany (north west of France) and features an intricate embellishment from the arched back centering spindle rail rosette flanked by a pair of turned columns upon the original seat in used condition. The pediment consists of a pair of baluster legs joined to the straight back legs by H-shaped stretcher. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 36"high/ 17"seat height/ 16"wide/ 15"deep.
