Attractive pair of armchairs made from solid oak by the end of the 19th century. Each with rectangular back and seat covered by multi colored upholstery trimmed by brass nails. Note that the upholstery is in used condition and would need to be replaced. The pediment consists of a pair of baluster legs joined to the straight back legs by a H-shaped stretcher. Note the long armrests that provide additional comfort. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 42"high/ 18"seat height/ 25"wide/ 24"deep. |
