An impressively carved Cabinet originally from Brittany and made from selected oak by the end of the 19th Century. This handsome piece boasts a heavily embellished facade from the upper spindle gallery to the recessed paneled doors and bottom open compartment. The pair of upper doors is intricately sculpted and depicts local man and woman. It reveals an interior compartment with single shelf. Note the splendid patina that completes the look. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 79"high/ 46"wide/ 17"deep. |
