A splendid chest of drawers made mahogany by the late 1930’s. This handsome piece is topped by its original and massive Carerra marble sitting upon an elegant facade featuring a large foliate cast guilloche frieze drawer upon a pair of drawers "Sans Traverse" mounted with their original bronze handle and escutcheons. Note the fluted columns that flank the piece. 4 tapered turned legs on bronze sabots support this commode. Circa date 1930. Dimensions 34"high/ 50"wide/ 21"deep.
