A stunning beginning of the 18th Century Trunk-Bench handcrafted from pine and walnut. This nicely patinated piece features a pair of bold armrests standing upon a folding seat accented with diamond pattern and providing its original wrought iron hinges. The storage compartment is large and convenient. A large wrought iron escutcheon mounts the facade but the original lock is missing. The bottom part is carved all around which allow you to place this item in a middle of a room. Note that the legs are not original and were replaced at some point. Circa date 1700.
