A pretty Art Deco Bed from the first part of the 20th Century made from pine and covered with an attractive mahogany veneer. The double arched headboard is mounted with bronze ormulus depicting mythological masks flanked with foliates upon a lovely and intricately inlaid medallion surrounded my mother of pearl incrustation. The footboard is simpler and provides the same inlaid adornment than the headboard. Tapered turned feet support this bed. Circa date 1930. Dimensions mattress frame: 56 ½"wide/ 75 ¾"long.
