Very pretty bronze panel representing "Hero & Leandre", surrounded by walnut frame and signed by "Eugene Mariotton". Born in Paris in 1854. He received several rewards for his work:
Bronze Medal in 1889 at the "Exposition Universelle" in Paris.
Bronze Medal in 1900 at the "Exposition Universelle" in Paris.
He was a student of "Dumont Bonnassieux" and "J. Thomas".
Circa date 1890. Dimensions 13"high/ 9 1/2"wide.
