Heavily carved set of 4 chairs made of beechwood. Each with tall ladder back ornate with bold acanthus motifs above the square padded seat covered with red velvet which might needs to be replaced. The pediment features 4 straight legs joined by stretchers which insure sturdiness. Circa date 1940. Dimensions 41"high/ 19"seat height/ 18"wide/ 15"deep. |
