19th Century French Antique Empire Period Fire Screen A beautifully patinaed fire screen made from mahogany at the beginning of the 19th century. It is highlighted by the original bronze ormolus and stands on 2 pairs of arched legs. This piece is ready to be recovered with your favorite fabric. Circa date 1810. 19th Century French Antique Louis XV Style Walnut Screen This is a pretty folding screen made from walnut during the last part of the 19th century. This piece is composed of 3 serpentine shaped arched panels, each lovely decorated with floral motifs and highlighted with floral upholstery and white muslin, both being in overall good condition. Circa 1890. Dimensions 52"high/ 58"wide (opened)/ 20"deep (closed).
 

19th Century French Antique Louis XVI Style Walnut Fire Screen This is a charming petite fire screen made from walnut by the end of the 19th century featuring an arched frame lovely accented with twisted ribbon and surrounding the original needlepoint upholstery depicting wreath interlaced by foliate, floral garlands and acanthus leaves. The fabric has faded due to the age; it used to be colored at some point as shown on the last picture, which give you an idea of the original colors. The pediment consists of 2 pair of arched legs adorned with acanthus rosettes and fluted patterns. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 36"high/ 24"wide/ 12"deep.

 

19th Century French Antique Louis XV Style Fire Screen This is an adorable serpentine shaped fire screen made from walnut during the end of 19th century featuring a lovely cartouche embellished with acanthus leaves pattern. The original floral upholstery is in bad condition and needs to be replaced. The pediment consists of 2 pair of cabriole legs adorned with acanthus leaves on escargot feet. Circa date 1890 .Dimensions 40 ¼" high/ 24" wide/ 14 ½" deep.  

19th Century French Antique Renaissance Style Walnut Fire Screen Handsome Fire Screen made from selected walnut during the middle part of the 19th century. This elegant and tall piece boasts a splendid pierced carved crest centering a detailed shell flanked by foliate and finials upon the original needlepoint upholstery in between an elegant pair of tapered barley twisted columns, all standing on 2 pairs of cabriole legs joined by an intricately turned bottom stretcher. Note that the upholstery is faded and worn due to the age. Circa date 1850. Dimensions 46"high/ 30"wide/ 12"deep.
