French Louis Philippe Style Child Desk An interesting beginning of the 20th century child desk made from beech wood. This piece is topped by a black with gilt borders vinyl which is not original and was added at some point. 17th Century French Antique Louis XIV Period Writing Table This is a splendid Louis XIV Period writing table handcrafted from a beautifully patinaed solid walnut by the end of the 17th century. The rectangular top is sitting upon a nicely scrolled belt adorably adorned with acanthus patterns and supported by boldly sculpted barley twisted legs connected together thanks to a matching H-shaped stretcher which insure stability and sturdiness. Note the large hidden drawer offering an efficient storage capacity. Several scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age. A magnificent antique. Circa 1680. Dimensions 31"high/ 38"wide/ 25"deep.


 

French Vintage Louis XV Style Cherry Desk This is an elegantly simple desk made from solid and nicely patinaed cherry by the first quarter of the 20th century. This lovely piece is topped by a serpentine shaped yellowish leather top trimmed by gilt borders and honoring the serpentine shape of the top, which can be extended thanks to matching pull out leaves. The façade is simple and provides a 3-drawer frieze mounted with acanthus shaped handles and escutcheon. The pediment consists of boldly sculpted cabriole legs providing sturdiness. Note that leather is not original and estimated to be 10-20 years old. It is in used but still good condition. Circa date 1920. Dimensions 30"high/ 54"long/ 82"long with leaves out/ 30"deep.  

19th Century French Antique Louis XVI Style Oak Writing Table A simple and lovely writing table made from oak by the end of the 19th century featuring a large single drawer with brass knobs and supported by 4 tapered fluted legs. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 29" high/ 37" wide/ 22 ¼" deep.  

19th Century French Antique Napoleon III Period Library Table Here is a nicely patinaed library table made from solid walnut by the second half of the 19th century during the reign of Napoleon III. This piece can also be used as a dining table because of its length. The long rectangular top is sitting on a straight belt contoured with moldings supported by an intricate pediment consisting of 4 boldly sculpted turned columns and 3 smaller fluted ones standing on H-shaped stretcher, which insures stability and sturdiness. Circa date 1860. Dimensions 31"high/ 75"long/ 32"wide.
